COVID-19 Protocols (Updated 3/23/22)

As of April 2, 2022, proof of vaccination or negative test results will no longer be required to attend events at the Colonial Performing Arts Center’s venues – The Colonial Theatre or SHOWROOM. Masks will be recommended but not required at both venues.

Keep in mind that we are still in a period of transition so the protocols for select events may differ. Please check the website event page for requirements for your show.

Ticketing policies at both venues require purchasers to adhere to safety protocols in place on the day of the performance, not on the day of the ticket purchase. Vaccine mandate or face covering requirements by agents and artists, regardless of infection levels, take precedence.

The Colonial Performing Arts Center remains committed to the safety of our patrons, artists and staff. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 pandemic statistics and make public safety decisions based on CDC recommendations, guidance issued by state and local authorities, and artist requirements.

We will be regularly reassessing and adjusting protocols should conditions change.

If you are sick, with symptoms, or have come in direct contact with a person who is positive for COVID, please do not come to the theatre.

Even if you feel healthy, please be considerate of others by following our protocols and being respectful of your fellow patrons.

If you have already purchased tickets to an upcoming event and are unable or unwilling to adhere to this policy, you may request a refund by emailing or calling the following contact information.
